Why are French bulldogs so expensive?

When looking at French Bulldog prices you can expect them to be anywhere between $3,000 and $30,000. The exact amount usually depends on various factors like the color, gender and age of a puppy as well as the breeder you get your puppy from. Breeding Frenchies requires a lot of time, effort, care and money, so those who are dedicated to only having high-quality and healthy French Bulldog puppies will ask a larger sum starting from $4,000.  Beware of very inexpensive prices for French Bulldogs - the savings will have come in the quality and care of the mother and puppies before they reach your home!

Colors and patterns considered common for the breed like black brindle and fawn have the lowest prices ranging from $5,000 to $6,500, while blue, lilac and merle which are more unique and harder to produce come at a higher price as well ranging from $6,500 to $8,500. Isabella and fluffy Frenchies are the rarest, most valuable and most expensive from $9,000 to $30,000. When it comes to age and gender, younger female Frenchies usually cost a $250-$500 more than older male puppies.

Can we keep in contact after the adoption?

We would absolutely love to know how the puppies are doing in their new homes and would love to keep in touch!

Do the puppies come with papers?

We have papers for Bruno from the Canadian Kennel Club. (The AKC does not register blue French bulldogs).  We are in the process of securing the registration for Harlee.

Why weren't the puppies available for adoption earlier?

We learned from Bruno's breeder, who doesn't allow adoption before four months, the importance of adequate bonding between puppies and their mother, as well as their siblings.  The additional time allows us to observe for illness and untoward behaviors.  It allows for superior health, a well-balanced nature and advanced puppy shots.  They have also started potty training and training for good manners, and have been socialized with other dogs, children, adults and a cat!

I see more puppies in the photos. Are they available for adoption?

The puppies that aren't listed in the "Available Puppies" section have already found their forever homes!

What kind of food do they eat?

They are fed Royal Canin French Bulldog Puppy Food (dry) as well as Royal Canin Puppy Canned Dog Food.  They are given a nutritional supplement once daily called NutraThrive.  They are currently being fed three times a day.  They also receive occasional snacks of bully sticks, beef jerky, apples and carrots!

Do they have any shots left to receive?

They have received three sets of shots.  They will be due for their final parvovirus shot at about five months, and the rabies vaccine between five and six months.

Will I get a copy of their medical records?

You will receive their medical records, including the results (healthy) of their physical exam by the doctor, their shots records and their microchip information.

How much do the puppies cost?

Please let us know which puppy you're interested in, and we'll provide you with a price.  Our puppies cost less that $7000!
